Well-appointed and brand-new room with very comfortable bed and with a lot of space. Perfect central location and genuinely professional and extremely helpful staff.

The room of place was spacious with twin beds instead of double bed. It was decorated in the comfortable design.

The location of Le Roncevaux is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city center, close to all the attractions and shopping. The staff at the hotel were young and charming, always greeting me with a smile and making me feel welcomed.

The location is central, really close to restaurants, bars, Chateau de Pau and the TGV train station and very close to town centre. Centre Ville district definitely deserves exploring.

I appreciated being there, the place is little and absolutely charming.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a beautiful city. The location couldn't be better - right in the center of Pau, allowing easy exploration of the historical city center. The staff at this hotel are exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The service is top-notch, with friendly and professional staff who are always ready to assist. The rooms are well-appointed and the beds are incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep.

Perfect, excellent location in Pau, near to restaurants, bars, Chateau de Pau and the TGV train station, the funicular, train station, shops, and public transport. Also, right in the centre of town.

The hotel needed some renovation.

It was fashionable, good sized and with twin beds instead of double bed. A soap and a shower were available there. The location was peaceful and handy for walking around National Museum and the Chateau de Pau.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect and we were able to explore the charming historic downtown area with ease. The hotel facilities were great and we appreciated the parking availability and lobby coffee machine. Breakfast was top-notch and we enjoyed a wide selection of options. The staff were incredibly helpful, offering advice on local sights and accommodating our needs.

The hotel's location was central, down he winding road down to the train station. Sometimes it was very hot outside, so we went to Kfc, had some food there.

The hotel was a lovely base for enjoying a charming area, just next door to restaurants, bars, Chateau de Pau and the TGV train station and centre city close to all attraction and shopping. Booked a double room with very comfortable bed.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.
